You can choose between a 7-day service model and a classic layer model. You take care of the night service and care for the safety and well-being of our residents: You carry out basic and treatment care in the night service and pay attention to our quality standards You plan and document the nursing process and transfer structured to the early service You are competent for nightly care situations and meet independent decisions You are a trusted representative for residents: inside and - if necessary - for relatives at night

You have a completed training as a health care and nursing agent:in, nursing or health care and care caregiver:in You are ready to work regularly in the night service and appreciates the quieter atmosphere of night hours You work independently, reliably and keep a cool head even in nightly exceptional situations You are responsible and sensitive in dealing with people with dementia
