Responsibility for the planning, coordination and monitoring of component cleaning and conservation of aviation components in accordance with applicable standards and quality standards Selection, procurement and commissioning of plants and equipment for component cleaning and preservation in close coordination with internal specialist departments and external suppliers Development, implementation and continuous optimization of processes for cleaning and preservation taking into account efficiency, sustainability and regulatory requirements support and further development of relevant standards and standards in the field of component cleaning and preservation; active participation in standardisation bodies and cooperation with quality management and engineering Support in the qualification of new processes and plants, training and the preparation of necessary technical documentation Interface function between production, quality assurance, purchasing and external partners to ensure a smooth and normative process Management of courses as well as consulting and training of employees Planning, implementation and documentation of internal and external audits

Complete technical studies (e.g. chemistry, surface engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, aerospace technology) or a comparable qualification Knowledge of component cleaning and preservation, ideally in the aviation environment Experience in the procurement and commissioning of technical installations and equipment Confidence with relevant standards and standards (e.g. EN, DIN, ISO, aviation standards) Knowledge of quality management and process optimization Analytical and solution-oriented thinking Self-employed and structured work Communication and team skills, especially in the interdisciplinary environment Organisational skills and enforcement Experience in project management Ready for occasional missions (e.g. to suppliers or other sites) Negotiating English Good handling of MS Office applications
