As a Strategy & PMO Manager, you are part of the global management team of the Flottweg Group. In this function, you will report directly to the Flottweg Group COO/CTO and make a decisive contribution to the strategic development They ensure that the corporate strategy is developed, regularly reviewed and effectively implemented in a structured, agile and customer-number-based process The focus is on a continuous and transparent implementation process including deviation management, problem solving and iterative adaptation of the strategy Through your central role, the internal project landscape is controlled, prioritized and economically evaluated across all business sectors to use resources in a targeted and efficient manner They create business-wide transparency through strategic initiatives and projects and enable fact-based decisions through ongoing KPI-based controlling

They communicate clearly and appreciate – whether in the team, in the moderation or in exchange with different stakeholders You understand taking others, motivating them and communicating strategic topics in a comprehensible way – without having to act authoritarian They like to think conceptually and strategically – and always keep in mind the implementation They identify challenges early and actively shape changes – ideally with methods from change and transformation management They have already worked in strategic roles, in project or portfolio management – ideally in an industrial environment Experience with strategy development, such as Hoshin Kanri or comparable models, is advantageous They bring expertise in building and controlling a PMO – including project evaluation, portfolio management and KPI-based controlling A completed study – e.g. in economic engineering, business, mechanical engineering or a comparable area – completes your profile International experience and a secure sense of cultural differences are a plus
