You can handle the analysis and processing of complex incidents (2nd / 3rd level) including performance, connection and application errors in the Citrix environment You are responsible for the administrative operation and optimization of Citrix Farm (Delivery Controller, StoreFront, License Server, VDA Images) You plan and implement system extensions, new features and the introduction of new Citrix or application features You automate recurring tasks using PowerShell and optimize our processes in the terminal server environment You carry out patch, upgrade and performance measures to ensure stability, availability and security You create technical documentation, operating concepts and knowledge articles and give new solutions to the regular operation

You'll bring well-founded experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops as well as practical knowledge in managing IGEL UMS including performance analysis and optimizing user sessions You feel sure what the administration of Microsoft Windows Server incl. Active-Directory Object and Group Policy Management as well as User Profile Control You have routine in 2nd and 3rd level support when it comes to complex login, printing and connection problems in Citrix and Terminal Server environments You have a high network understanding (DNS Zone Management, RDP/HDX Connections, IP Subnetting, Bandwidth and latency Analysis) for fast error identification You have a lot of experience in handling ticket systems (ITIL-oriented) as well as on precise technical documentation for operation, changes and knowledge base articles You bring an analytical and structured way of working, a high level of responsibility and knowledge of active development in the Citrix environment, e.g. new platform functions, automation or cloud integration with
