We realize exciting projects with our renowned customer Airbus Logistics and are looking for one or more motivated/n Employee for the position as "Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) in the field of quality & work safety.

Your tasks:

• support of the team and leadership in the field of quality, Health, Safety & Environment in administrative processing Tasks
• General administrative activities (e.g. regular Updating hangouts, preparation of meetings and audits)
• Creating presentations, documents and lists as well as Care of this
• Support and documentation of work accident investigations and implementation of measures to avoid accidents Support for audits, documentation and Persecuting Compliance with Audit Implementation Findings
• Input and maintenance of data in quality management and Work security tools
• Create and update training documents in Cooperation with the team (Quality Conformance Managers / FASI)
• Partial projects in Quality / H+S / Environment
• Support and support of planned 5S / Gemba Walks of all Airbus Logistics locations
• Contribution to the development of a safety culture in the team Security officers in cooperation with FASI

Your profile:

• completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
• Over one year of professional experience in the field of occupational safety
• experience in the field of occupational safety, in particular in Logistics industry or aviation is advantageous
• Experience in the preparation of evaluations and presentations
• Secure handling of MS-Office and Google Suite
• German language skills
• English knowledge is advantageous
• Valid driving licence class B/3 and own cars are Required
