What awaits you:

• You are responsible for the control, organization and further development of the envelope camp
• You ensure the operational coordination of storage processes and resources and ensure trouble-free operation in the daily business
• You are present daily on the storage area with your hand-on mentality on site, while your employees are the most important success factor
• These include leadership, motivation and promotion of employees
• You recognize, define and optimize the workflows in the storage area
• For the area of envelope, you are responsible for costs and budgets and take into account time, quality and cost
• You pay attention to ensuring work protection and ensuring compliance with statutory and operational requirements

Your post:

• You have a successfully completed vocational training in the logistics field or a logistical study and already brings 2 to 3 years of professional experience in the warehouse area with
• You have experience in coordinating and implementing IT-assisted process optimizations in the warehouse
• You can motivate your team and integrate it in the optimization process
• Your team works in the 3-shift system; Therefore, it is self-evident that you also orient your working hours with a certain flexibility
• You are reliable, show commitment and bring a communicative and powerful personality with
