Complete training as a cook (gn) and several years of experience in gastronomy, ideally already with responsibility in the guidance or coordination of employees Great passion for high-quality foods and for creative, seasonal and regional cuisine High self-initiative, strong organisational talent and a strong sense of responsibility Team player with clear communication strength, empathy and the ability to promote, motivate and guide employees Solid business understanding and a structured, efficient and cost-conscious way of working in everyday kitchens Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Secure and routined handling of digital applications as well as a good numerical understanding
