We count on your technical and commercial understanding when you calculate independently challenging civil engineering projects – from the first tender analysis to the timely creation and submission of complete tender documents. Create offers based on tenders and customer requests, develop special economic proposals and alternatives and contribute significantly to the successful project acquisition. You calculate the construction projects, analyze opportunities and risks and thus create a sound basis for economic decisions. Reliable and predictively procure and evaluate forward-looking offers, support procurement processes and negotiations with forward-looking companies as well as contracting entities. In addition, you take over the follow-up management including the follow-up calculation and recognize economic potentials. You can see: a position in which you work closely with building management, purchasing and other specialist departments, support work preparation and post-calculation and thus make an important contribution to sustainable project success.

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) or a degree in Civil Engineering Multiannual experience in the construction costing or construction management Secure handling of costing software (preferably DATAflor) and MS Office Knowledge in the procurement and contract regulations for construction services (VOB) A cost-conscious, reliable and safe team player who works as structured as self-employed and skillfully negotiated
