Senior Physician for Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery / Traumatology (m/f/d)

Medical responsibility: You take over the holistic care of the patients assigned to you on the basis of our modern therapy concept. Quality management: You will secure and develop our internal and external quality standards for the optimal fulfillment of the rehabilitation order. Team management & interdisciplinaryity: You lead a multi-professional team of doctors and specialist therapists (including sports, movement and social therapy) and promote collegial cooperation. Junior funding: You guide interns in a structured manner and support their professional training. Documentation & review: You create individual rehabilitation plans, write medical reports and, after corresponding training, take over the social medical examination. Background service: You participate in the medical background services of the clinic.

Qualification: You are a specialist (m/w/d) for Orthopaedics and Traumatology. Experience: Ideally, you already bring experience in rehabilitative medicine or social medicine. Language competence: You have very good knowledge of German (C1 level in the medical context) to ensure precise documentation and patient communication. Personality: You are characterized by high commitment, readiness to perform, flexibility and a pronounced communication capability. Management quality: independent work, organisational skills and the willingness to take over leadership responsibility are of course for you. You want to develop: you want to actively shape clinic processes and bring willingness to professional development and further training.
