Active expansion and further development of a Germany-wide load-mile delivery network Extracting large e-commerce shipping customers in the delivery area Definition of relevant target industries and sales channels Negotiation of prices and sale of delivery services Analysis and evaluation of cost-effectiveness calculations for customer and network control Definition of PLZ clusters and delivery areas Development of efficient touring and stop density concepts Construction and optimization of efficient transport networks within Germany Recruitment and control of subcontractors (Van / 3.5t) Costing of entrepreneurial compensation per stop Responsibility for the contribution and cost-effectiveness of the delivery network Development and control of relevant quality KPIs Ensuring high delivery and scanning rates as well as stable tour performance

Multiannual professional experience in the delivery organization, contract logistics or in the e-commerce environment, ideally with a KEP, transport or logistics service provider Experience in the construction, control and optimization of operational transport and delivery networks Funded understanding of load-mile processes, tour planning and economic indicators in the transport environment Experience in cooperation with subcontractors and external transport partners Successfully completed commercial training or studies with a focus on logistics, supply chain management, business management or comparable qualification Entrepreneurial thinking and high number and analysis affinity Experience in costing transport costs and cost-effectiveness calculations Leadership experience as well as a structured, self-responsible and hands-on shaped operation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel; Experience with transport or tour planning systems of advantage readiness to travel within Germany
