As an ERP consultant (m/w/d), you accompany our customers from trading in the successful introduction and optimization of their ERP systems – with expertise, empathy and a clear look for the essential. hagebau IT GmbH, based in Soltau, is the central IT service provider for the shareholders and the headquarters of hagebau. It offers comprehensive service in the fields of goods management, software and services that the around 350 shareholders of hagebau need to implement their core business in the building market and in the specialist trade (construction materials, wood, tile). For our headquarters in Soltau and the Mobile Office we are looking for you now and in full time as IT Consultant (m/w/d)

Advise instead of only supervise: you analyze, optimise and accompany ERP projects with the focus on practical trading processes Knowledge that matters: You carry out training for users:inside and key users – understandably, structured and with a view to everyday work Processes in mind: You guide workshops for process recording and design and work closely with the specialist departments Simply explain complex: You first and use BPMN diagrams or similar visualizations to make processes tangible Make change: You evaluate and accompany change requests and ensure a clean implementation in the project On site, if it's important: You like to travel and support our customers in the field service

A completed vocational training or degree in the field of business, IT or Logistics or comparable qualification Detectable experience in the implementation of ERP training and/or in the training and training of users: Practical experience in process modeling (e.g. with BPMN) as well as ideally in external service Solid experience in handling ERP systems Know-how in the field of trade and understanding of industry-typical processes Workshop competence and secure communication with various stakeholders High self-motivation, team spirit and readiness to travel
