Callcenter Agent Ordering (m/w/d) in fulltime or parttime

Your tasks as Callcenter Agent:

• You process catalog requirements and serve customers in all matters
• They conduct telephone consultations and sales calls
• You accept written orders
• You take over simple office activities

Your knowledge and skills:

• They are communicative and enjoy customer advice
• You know well with the common computer
• They are flexible
• French knowledge is advantageous (but not necessarily required)
