A structured start into the profession: you are individually involved, step by step and with clear contact persons in the deployment service and the administrative processes. After you have been incorporated, you take on your own responsibility in emergency rescue and provide guidance to your patients and according to the requirements of the Federal Republic of Germany. You work in a motivated team with modern vehicles and equipment as well as flat hierarchies and an esteeming team between guard teams and rescue services. Your technical development does not stop after the examination, but only starts: you benefit from professional continuing and continuing training (e.g. ACLS and PALS), which we organize, finance and of course take place on working time. You have the opportunity to introduce yourself beyond the operational service, for example in projects, quality assurance or organizational tasks in the rescue service. If you are flexible, this is worth double: you will also receive a jump-in cup and a flexi premium. As an emergency suitor (m/w/d), you will receive an emergency supplement in addition to the basic salary, layer supplement and time supplements.

You have successfully completed your training as an emergency medical technician or emergency medical technician (m/w/d) and want to make your professional entry professional, well accompanied and clearly structured.
