Specialist in quality assurance / Stellv. QM/QS (w/m/d)

Application: QM/QS Location: Erfurt Job-ID: 18890 You ensure the raw, auxiliary and operating materials as well as the product quality, set specifications and continuously monitor the production processes in pasta production. External laboratories are coordinated by you, whose results are professionally interpreted and you take care of customer complaints and the management of damages. In building, maintaining and developing our quality management system, you actively support and accompany internal and external audits as competent full representation. As a professional manager, you guide the employees of quality assurance and help your team with advice and action. You also take responsibility for compliance with work safety regulations, hygiene standards and external pest monitoring throughout the plant. You will actively communicate important information to executives and drive necessary change processes during operation. Regular internal instruction and training courses are provided for the employees involved in production, technology and logistics and carry out them in a dedicated manner.

Funded training as a specialist in food technology, chemical laboratory or comparable qualification, ideally complemented by a thematically appropriate Bachelor's degree program. Multiannual professional experience from five to ten years as well as practical insights into production, ideally paired with first leadership and project experience. Communicative strength paired with secure MS Office or Google Workspace knowledge; SAP experience and knowledge in food law are a clear plus. High stress tolerance, pronounced self-initiative and a consistently positive appearance in a dynamic working environment characterize you.
