Accountant / Senior Accounting Manager (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the current financial accounting and ensure the proper accounting of all business incidents You will first complete monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS You are a competent contact person for auditors, tax advisors and internal and international departments You analyze balance sheet and GuV positions, identify optimization potentials and guide sound action recommendations You set up business evaluations, ad hoc analyses and reports as a basis for decision-making for management You actively work on cross-departmental projects and take responsibility in implementing group-wide initiatives You drive forward the continuous development and digitization of financial processes and introduce your own ideas for process optimization You participate in the compliance and further development of internal control and compliance processes and ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements

A successfully completed commercial training with further training to the account holder (IHK) or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience (at least 7 years) in financial and accounting, preferably in an internationally operating medium-sized company or group Knowledge gained in the creation of monthly and annual accounts according to HGB, knowledge in IFRSs are advantageous Secure handling of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) as well as common MS Office applications A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach Impressed analytical skills, high number affinity and a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing for cooperation in an international environment The claim to continuously question and actively develop processes Corporate Accounting Experience, Controlling, FP&A
