Project management for construction projects (m/f/d)

For our refurbishment, refurbishment and new building projects at the University Campus Lübeck as well as for the UKSH Lübeck, you can keep an overview of several projects in different phases of the project and control them holistically – from project definition to handover. Control of project levels 1–5 according to AHO and monitoring of performance phases 1–9 according to HOAI Perception of the contractor's representation including definition and updating of project requirements Training, coordination and control of internal and external engineering services Development and coordination of concept and project planning Support for major construction measures such as new construction, renovation, modernisation and expansion and fire protection measures These include tasks such as: Formulation and compilation of client requirements Consultation of demand providers for procedures and support in the clarification of needs (costs, dates, qualities / services) Creating and updating the project structure plan (performance/work packages) Preparation of awards: contract documents, tenders, examination of tenders, participation in contract awards Participation in buildings Decrease of construction and planning services Enforcement of contractual services against freelance workers Examination of allowances and invoices for freelance workers

Compulsory requirement Completed construction-related university studies or a comparable university degree in a construction-related field Professional experience in the management and coordination of major construction projects, preferably in public construction Class B/3 licences and the willingness to take service trips within Schleswig-Holsteins We also wish Experiences in project management and management of costs, dates and qualities Experience in the management and monitoring of the fulfillment of the contract by freelance workers or interdisciplinary project teams Experience and knowledge in building certification Experience in VOB and HOAI as well as in public procurement law Flexibility, loadability, organisational skills and strong communication skills in German Responsibility and the ability to lead small teams
