Mandatory internship Fullstack Engineer (m/f/d)
montamo builds the franchise system for the next generation of the SHK craft. Our goal: to build up modern, powerful and digitally supported SHK plants that professionally implement heat pump, heating and climate engineering projects. We combine craftsmanship with clear processes, digital processes and a strong operating system in the background. Our approach is simple: SHK entrepreneurs focus on what they can best do – construction site, team and quality. montamo delivers the structure behind it: planable project pipeline, digital processes, standardized processes, support in personnel setup, training and efficient handling. This creates a nationwide network of modern SHK companies that brings together crafts, entrepreneurship and energy transition. We do not build according to Scheme F. We set standards of tomorrow – with people who take responsibility, act pragmatically, share knowledge and want to build a new chapter in craftsmanship. Our values are not a poster on the wall, but living everyday life: Put it on. Pull it through. Take responsibility and implement it consistently. Performance over CV. It counts what you can and how you bring. Shared knowledge, double success. Knowledge is shared so that everyone can benefit. Copying others, we rebuild. We set standards of tomorrow. Respect is a matter of honor. Trust, attitude and reliability are the basis. .
