Do you want to actively shape processes and take responsibility? In this position, you will ensure that in the background everything around the creditor accounting area is round. You are a personality that reliably controls our creditor accounting and actively contributes to the further development of digital processes. In the case of positive integration, we would like to see a technical team management for the area of creditors in the medium term.

Processing, testing and accounting of invoices clarification of invoice differences in coordination with suppliers Control and booking of other expenses Implementation of payment transactions and creation of payment proposals Account adjustment and processing of open items Participation in monthly and annual accounts Support for audits Active cooperation on projects to introduce new processes and automation solutions Additional focus is on digitisation in financial accounting Gradually take over professional responsibility in the field of creditor accounting

Closed commercial training (industrial businessman/wife, tax specialist, etc.) Ideally continuing training in accounting, additional qualification as a financial account holder or comparable further education Professional experience in accounting and creditor accounting Safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting systems Extensive interest in digitization and process optimization Safe handling of digital accounting processes Team spirit, reliability and a pronounced understanding of numbers Desirable first experience in the technical guide
