Government Pricing Specialist (m/f/d)

As a specialist for pricing / public orders, you will be a key feature of our finance team. Your goal will be to ensure the proper and economic price formation in public contracts (especially Bundeswehr) according to VO PR 30/53, as well as support for sales and management in offering skalkulation, price negotiations and price reviews. Your most important interfaces are in sales / business development, controlling / finance, project management, possibly Legal / Compliance and external auditors and contractors. With our World-Class team you will play a central role in expanding the boundaries of drone technology.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

1. Price law according to VO PR 30/53 Full application and implementation of the guidelines for pricing (LSP)

Classification of orders (self-cost price, market price, etc.)

Ensuring compliance with all relevant Bundeswehr/public projects

Contact person for all pricing questions in the company

2. Offer skalkulation (very operational!) Independent preparation and testing of precalculations according to PR 30/53

structuring and documentation of costing according to price law

Close cooperation with: Sales (Bid/Official Phase)

Controlling / Finance

Project management

Ensuring auditable tender documents

3. Support for sales Advising the sales team at: Offer strategies in the public environment

pricing under regulatory requirements

Participation in offer reviews and, if necessary, Debates

4. Price tests Preparation, monitoring and preparation of audits by contracting authorities

Communication with price checkpoints

Ensuring complete and resilient documentation

Representation of company position vis-à-vis auditors

5. Recalculation & Project Management Implementation of recalculations according to price law

Analysis of deviations between pre- and post-calculation

Support for claims-relevant topics

6. Construction & Optimization of Processes Development of standardized calculation and documentation processes

Training of internal stakeholders (sales, PM, Finance)

Participation in the establishment of a ‘price-law governance framework’

What you bring to the team:

Subject Multiannual relevant professional experience in public price law (PR 30/53) – mandatory

Further knowledge of: VO PR 30/53

Guide rates for price determination (LSP)

Detectional experience in: Offer skalkulation for contracting authorities (in particular Bundeswehr)

Accompanying price reviews

Very good understanding of cost accounting / controlling

Experience in project-based business models

Ideal background Industrial companies with Bundeswehr/public contracts

or specialized advice / audit

or activity in audit offices (very valuable)

Personal competencies High detail accuracy and structured work

Enforcement of internal and external stakeholders

Ability to implement complex rules in practice

Communication strength (in particular with sales and authorities)
