IT Business Analyst (m/w/d) Customer data and sales systems

As part of our team, you are the central contact person for all questions regarding the collection of customer data in the indoor and outdoor services. You analyze and optimize existing processes as well as technical solutions to continuously improve data quality in the company. You take over the technical analysis, evaluation and approval of critical master data changes. You initiate and accompany projects and optimization measures in the context of customer data. The preparation and presentation of decision-relevant documents to relevant stakeholders will be carried out in good faith. Through your structured moderation, coordination and documentation of the relevant topics, you support the implementation of professional requirements in close cooperation with the IT teams. For critical master data changes, you are proactively approaching the specialist departments and agencies.

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics, mathematics, economics or a comparable qualification – alternatively you bring relevant professional experience. A strong analytical and strategic thinking capability allows you to quickly capture, evaluate and solve complex relationships in a targeted manner. With your communication strength and conflicting ability, you can integrate different stakeholders and actively promote joint solutions. You are able to clearly formulate technical requirements and to assess technical and organizational effects. You have convincing presentation skills as well as a safe occurrence from different audiences. It is one of your strengths to critically question and actively develop processes. You have knowledge of application development and project management. Ideally, you have experience in data analysis, quality assurance or handling CRM or master data systems. A strong understanding of complex application systems is an advantage and helps you to penetrate technical relationships quickly.

Salary: You receive a collectively regulated remuneration (compulsory contract for private insurance). In addition, you receive holiday and Christmas money as well as extensive social benefits - including an occupational pension scheme. In addition, a future-proof workplace awaits you.

Homeoffice: Depending on the location and arrangement with your leadership, you can choose between different home office models. At least two days are provided at the LVM campus. In addition to a fully-fledged technical equipment, you will receive a unique home office tray of 800 € gross.

Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 am and 8 pm. In this case, any overtime that has been completed is of course paid out or can alternatively be compensated for by leisure.
