What you expect You create, maintain and optimize welding work plans as well as welding follow-up plans to ensure quality, economic and reproducible manufacturing processes The creation and maintenance of work plans in SAP (Module PP) for welding assemblies is part of your task You develop and document welding schedules with MS Word When fixing the welding order, you take into account the component and seam geometry, the welding methods used and economic requirements In close coordination with the welding technologists, you define suitable welding methods and welding parameters You check the feasibility of design drawings and transfer them to production-oriented welding processes In the introduction of new welding plans, you will accompany the production and support the process problems that arise You build a data base for recurring welding assemblies and keep these continuously up to date The standardization of welding sequences and planning processes drive you forward actively and support the further development of costing and planning modules You work closely with manufacturing, development, quality assurance and welding technology For customer and acceptance tests, provide the required welding sequence documents Complete documentation and archiving of welding planning documents What you bring You have a completed technical training, e.g. , Metallbauer (m/w/d) or verifiable with further training to the technician or master (m/w/d), preferably in the fields of welding technology, mechanical engineering or manufacturing technology Ideally you bring experience in work preparation with a focus on welding processes You have good knowledge in SAP, especially in the PP module, as well as in MS Office, especially Word and Excel Basic knowledge of relevant welding standards and control systems, for example ISO 15609, ISO 9606 and EN 1090, are advantageous In reading and interpreting technical drawings as well as dealing with costing methods, you are sure You have a strong technical understanding of manufacturing and welding processes A structured, precise and independent way of working distinguishes you You communicate safely and are happy to work team-oriented, especially in interdisciplinary working environments The readiness for continuous improvement and active process optimization completes your profile Benefits Secure employer Attractive payment by IG metal tariff contract 30 days off Christmas and holiday money Development Occupational pension Flexible working time models Grant for the Deutschlandticket Company doctor Kita grant Fitness and health services Bike leasing
