Electrical or Supply Technology (TGA)

TGA construction line with responsibility: You independently control sophisticated construction projects in the field of electrical and/or supply technology – from planning to turnkey handover Quality that convinces: You ensure a technically perfect, timely execution and stand for the highest standards at the construction site Coordination at eye level: You lead teams, control after-contractors and ensure smooth operations in the project everyday Budget & Timing under control: You always keep costs and deadlines in mind – with a view to the big whole and feel for details Communication with effect: As a central interface, you convince by clear communication and build trusting partnerships with customers and project participants Responsibility with a vision: You are responsible for the tendering and awarding of the TGA facilities, coordinate the commissioning of the building facilities and take care of the warranty period

Successfully completed training in electrical and supply engineering, with master's degree, or as a construction technician (m/w/d) or studies with specialist construction (e.g. TGA engineering, electrical engineering, utility technology, MSR, energy, building and environmental technology) Ideally first experience in the TGA building management of SF projects Knowledge of costing, VOB, technical regulations, planning and construction of building systems (electrical or supply technology) Communicative and sovereign occurrence, enforcement and solution-oriented thinking Responsibility, precision and the need to implement projects with the highest quality in the team
