In your role, you bring products of strategic suppliers into our service sales portfolio, take over the coordination of exciting projects and play a key role in the onboarding of our partners – both nationally and internationally.

In addition to strategic work at the desk, varied tasks await you on site: you develop processes, set standards and accompany our partners directly in implementation. How to combine planning, communication and practice in a dynamic, international environment – we never get bored!

Sales Support: Support for international sales activities within the Kardex Group Cooperation and development with strategic suppliers Development of basic conditions of cooperation and cooperation in service sales Standardization of service contracts, supply and contract basis and processing of new business enquiries Support in contract design and support of the ERP and CRM system Coordination of internal sales projects: Accompanying the introduction of new technologies in the service environment Support and know-how transfer for internal sales requests Development and optimization of existing service technologies, products and services Creation and standardisation of supply and contract conditions

Completed studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or business with technical background Very good understanding of mechanics, control technology and business relations Experience in contract creation and in handling ERP systems (Navision of advantage) Very good English skills are required, German skills are advantageous First knowledge in the intralogistics sector is a plus Flexibility and readiness to travel (about 20%)
