Project management: With your trained view, you will accompany the projects from initial preparation to successful acceptance at our construction sites. Responsibility: Together with the building management and a dedicated team, you take on the technical and economic responsibility and ensure that everything goes round Project management: You create schedules, calculate yields, optimize processes and ensure transparency through construction site controls and building day reports Communication: As a central contact person for our customers, authorities and subcontractors It is always an overview – even though it concerns the topic of requirements Quality assurance: You have always looked at the important topics such as safety at work, quality and environmental protection and ensure correct application

A successfully completed study in the field of industrial engineering, civil engineering or comparable – alternatively a well-founded technical training You have professional experience in civil engineering or reinforced concrete construction You feel at home in project management and have at best managed employees You can safely master German in word and writing, are routined in dealing with MS Office, possess the driving licence of class B and bring Germany-wide readiness to travel with Its structured and conscientious way of working, coupled with the strength of communication and enforcement, makes you the ideal occupation for this position
