Management and support of the network infrastructure Installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, network components and servers Monitoring and analysis of network processes Ensuring network availability and stability Roll-out of devices and support in the use and configuration of hardware and applications Support for stable and secure operation of various server and client-based applications Analysis of weaknesses and troubleshooting on application and system level First (1st) and Second (2nd) level IT support

Complete training in IT, e.g. as a specialist in system integration (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification First professional experience in network administration and information security Knowledge in the administration of servers and IT infrastructures A customer-friendly and solution-oriented operation Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
