Within the RD (Research & Development), the Center RD/EP - Digital Drive, Prototype and Testing is the Test and Competence Center for Component Supply, Development Units and Testing FieldPowertrain. Along the product development process, RD/EP is responsible for the complete process chain for the RD/E drive development from planning to purchasing, supplier quality, logistics, assembly to testing in the test field. This covers the entire product range of c-Drive and e-drive drive technologies.

The RD/EPC department combines the center planning and operational hardware processes. The team of theCenter Planning 1 is the central contact person*in for budget topics, audit orders and internal and external queries. The Center Planning 2 team includes the strategic and methodical center control, the Power BI development and central reporting in the Center, as well as the digitization and tools of the operational hardware process. These challenges include: Working in the documentation of the Power BI data collection support of the project management in the STEPS project (standardized and transparent testing planning system), preparation, Implementation and follow-up of appointments and workshops, further development and tracking of the communication plan Creation of learning videos for the Center RD/EP in cooperation with the relevant departments Working at the Stategie Process of the Center RD/EP Working with the event management of internal events (tlws. Digital or hybrid) such as information and management events, general meetings Content and graphic creation of internal lectures, presentations and documentation Development of internal communication media and channels Developing concepts for center-internal cooperation Developing Center Planning Methodological Manual or internal WIKI Creation of standardized process calculation templates Tracking planning activities and milestone maintenance Participation in adhoc data analyses and data processing The activity can begin from July 2026.

Course in Business Informatics, Communication Sciences, Engineering and Economics, or a comparable degree course Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint PowerBI knowledge is advantageous Experience in project management and agile working methods is desirable Experience in Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude SAP knowledge desirable Commitment Analytical and conceptual thinking Strategic and independent, structured and targeted mode of operation Team skills Communication Agiles Mindset and Reliability IT-Affinity High level of self-organisation Responsibility Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
