Fundraiser (m/f/d)

This position offers you the ideal combination of strategic planning and operational implementation and allows you to implement your ideas in a targeted manner. You design a comprehensive corporate cooperation strategy, implement them and consistently drive their operational implementation. You are responsible for the strategic, technical and economic development of the work area in close coordination with the Executive Board. You design efficient processes and resilient structures, identify innovation and business development potentials for the DRK-Landesverband Hamburg, the Hamburger Kreisverband and the sister associations and continuously develop the work area. Their goal is to build sustainable partnerships with companies to secure financial and content contributions for projects with social impact. These include the proactive approach and the acquisition of new business and foundation partners, the establishment and maintenance of long-term relationships at decision-making level and the development of tailor-made cooperation models. You systematically observe market and industry trends in corporate engagement and ensure continuous partnership with relevant stakeholders.

We wish to have a dedicated personality who has great pleasure in building business cooperations in order to sustainably secure social projects and who manages to integrate the various stakeholders from different professions in a targeted and supportive manner. You also have a completed university/university degree or a comparable qualification. You bring demonstrable experience in business cooperation, fundraising, business development or sales with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) and sustainable corporate strategies are beneficial You have experiences in contract and project management and conduct negotiations to success You are ideally experiencing a welfare association, an aid organization or similar organization with You have a high social competence and you can motivate and inspire different characters through your sympathetic, sovereign and positive attitude You have a high degree of flexibility in thinking and are used to work out analytically and quickly in different, partially complex questions and to edit them in a structured manner.
