Facility Management Services Associate (m/f/d)

Self-employed, independent coordination and control of service providers and after-contractors for FM services at our external locations in the Greater Ulm (focus on infrastructure services) Technical implementation of short- and long-term projects, orders and needs for a smooth implementation of the facility management day business at our outer locations in the Greater Ulm area within assigned tasks by CAFM Software (cleaning, moving, conference, waste management, maintenance of rebuilds, renovations, maintenance of building facilities) Commercial property processing within the assigned service management areas (testing, release and, where appropriate, recalculation of supplier invoices) Database management and updating of data within CAFM software, as well as other systems for providing the various infrastructural services Control of building structures and building technology to determine the need for renovations and repairs Contact person*in for all FM issues (focus on infrastructure services) at our external locations in the Greater Ulm (focus on infrastructure services) of users on site and the respective landlords Implementation of area layout and workplace planning based on the applicable corporate guidelines and in coordination with the respective users on site Priority of tasks with constant orientation to day business and adaptation to current requirements Creation of reports and presentations for project management and management Continuous improvement of assigned services and tool functionality

Completed commercial or technical training in facility management or comparable multi-year professional experience Very good organizational talent and basic technical understanding Embossed service and customer orientation as well as convincing communication skills and enforcement power, convincing appearance to customers and service providers Experience with infrastructural services and experience in controlling FM service providers Experiences in the planning and coordination of construction and building engineering projects and rebuilding measures as well as a pronounced basic understanding for building engineering plants Independent prioritization of tasks with a constant focus on the daily business and adaptation to current requirements Impressed teamwork, leadership, initiative and reliable, responsible working. Experience with a CAFM system Good Excel identifiers (pivot tables, S IDs), safe handling of SAP, Coupa, MS Office Secure knowledge of German and good English
