Interface between internal departments and our national and international customers Quality and timely order processing from orders to invoices in the Microsoft Business Central ERP system Creation and testing of offers regarding plausibility and consideration of customer-specific requirements Control and confirmation of delivery dates as well as order tracking and control of shipping Organisation of freight orders and the necessary accompanying documents for national and international shipments Creation and verification of invoices and credits regarding plausibility and processing of special processes Coordination of pick-up dates with transport companies and customers Identification of hazardous goods and the creation of necessary documents taking into account legal regulations Continuous development and optimization of processes together with the team

Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial merchant, wholesaler and foreign trader (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification First professional experience in the abovementioned field of activity Finding knowledge in the field of customs, the handling of sales tax in Germany and abroad as well as experience in handling third country shipments Secure handling of MS Office products and an ERP system (probably Microsoft Business Central) Very good English skills in word and writing Targeted, forward-looking and independent work Teamability, resilience, strong organizational skills and a high degree of self-initiative
