You take the lead of our outlet with a lot of commitment and run your team according to our leadership principles. You stand by your team with advice and action, go ahead as a model and are responsible for personnel deployment planning. Your responsibility lies in the ordering of a specified range, taking into account commercial aspects. With your team, you will provide our customers with an absolute shopping experience through sales-promoting goods presentation, security, order and cleanliness. Individual actions are designed in cooperation with your Area Manager. You control the sales of goods, optimize workflows and improve the performance of your outlet constantly in cooperation with your Area Manager. You also perform administrative tasks, as well as the store billing. Whether in the case of goods acceptance, goods clearance or inventory work: You're gonna pack up and be in full use!

You have a completed vocational training and several years of professional experience as a branch management. For you, employee management is not a foreign word and brings well-founded experience. You are safe in handling scanner banks and have profound experience in handling goods management systems. Good PC application knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace) complete your profile.
