You are responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen and make sure that the goods are always available for the current menu You support the team to ensure complete hosting of guests You guide, motivate and train the kitchen team as well as the output staff and start the schedules You will continue to develop the food offer in line with food management, based on guest feedback and with the aim of minimizing food waste You coordinate the cooperation between the kitchen and service and ensure efficient kitchen operation, keeping budget requirements You work closely with quality management and make sure that your workplace is always clean and hygienic, because cleanliness is a core value of our way of working, and compliance with the HACCP guidelines is obvious.

You have a completed training to cook (m/w/d), ideally with an additional qualification as a kitchen master (m/w/d) You have several years of professional experience, ideally in system gassing You could already gain first experience in the leadership of small teams You have good knowledge of a commodity management system You convince by your open and friendly appearance and have good German skills You can deal well with stress, are helpful and flexible You are ready to support weekends and in the evening hours JOBV1_EN
