Lean Manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an analytically strong and practice-oriented personality that further develops our in-house logistics with Lean methods. In this key role, you optimize existing processes, identify potential for improvement and contribute decisively to high customer satisfaction through efficient processes.

Analysis, optimization and standardization of logistics processes along the value chain (inbound, intralogistics, outbound) Application and implementation of Lean methods such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Analysis or Kanban Identification and implementation of improvements to increase efficiency, quality and cost effectiveness Planning and implementation of training and workshops to promote Lean culture in the company Support for digitalization and automation of logistics processes Close cooperation with interfaces and use of KPIs to measure successes and derive further measures

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, logistics, production technology or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in Lean Management, ideally focusing on logistical processes Knowledge of Lean Methods (e.g. 5S, Kaizen, Wertstromanalyse, Kanban) and experience in practical application Embossed Analytical Thinking Power and Structured Operation Secure handling of common IT tools (e.g. MS Office, Visio, SAP); Experience with digital logistics solutions of advantage Communication strength, moderation competence and joy in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams
