In the third-party funded project HeiHAP, an interprofessional intervention programme is to be developed and evaluated to increase the physical activity and avoid hospital-associated disability in elderly patients in acute care. A participative approach that focuses on implementation from the outset is an essential principle. The project is a cooperation between the Geriatric Center at the University Hospital Heidelberg and the nursing science of the Medical Faculty of Heidelberg and the nursing director of the University Hospital Heidelberg. Responsibility for the development and evaluation of a complex intervention in the context of the University Hospital, including responsibility for empirical work and evidence syntheses with the focus on process evaluation Coordination of the research network and support of the doctoral student Participation in the elaboration of further research applications Participation in teaching

Completed degree (Master or Diploma (FH)) in nursing science or equivalent degree as well as a professional degree as a nursing subject Ideally doctorate in nursing science or a related discipline Experience in the research area of complex interventions and patient-related questions Experience in nursing or supply research, ideally in qualitative and quantitative research and in the field of evidence synthesis Comprehensive experience in project management and communication in complex teams Identification with the principles of evidence-based care and medicine and a high interest in the further development of nursing science Very good knowledge of German and English, high level of learning and team skills
