Technical and commercial planning and control of construction projects Responsibility for compliance with cost, deadline and quality objectives as well as contracts and specifications Budget planning, cost management and controlling of construction and special projects Preparation, monitoring and coordination of procurement and procurement processes Control and coordination of internal and external stakeholders from different areas Creation of project reports, key figures reporting and decision templates Development of concepts and development of optimization measures for building operations Participation in special projects, system developments and continuous improvement processes Ensuring complete project documentation and a sustainable knowledge transfer within the department

Successfully completed studies focusing on civil engineering, architecture or comparable Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position Ideally additional qualifications in the economic context Experience gained in the control and implementation of construction, reconstruction and modernization projects Safe handling of CAD systems and ERP programs German language skills and good English Structured and solution-oriented operation with high self-responsibility Safe occurrence, negotiation skills and high implementation competence in the project environment
