Together with us, we are concerned about the future digital capability of the Bundeswehr. IT Experte ITIL SACM Mobility (m/w/d) now and in full time in Bonn, Frankfurt, Munich or Nuremberg. Shared Service Delivery (SSD) is responsible for the service design, service development and provision of all end-user, data centers & cloud infrastructure as well as communication services of the BWI service portfolio. It provides predominantly standardized service solutions for customers. Shared service delivery is an integral part of the CDO and is therefore crucially responsible for the common objectives and measures. Our incentive is maximum operational stability and high customer satisfaction. The services of the ITM Service Management & Automation increase the efficiency and degree of automation of the BWI and provide the necessary functionalities and a central ITSM landscape. The aim is a uniform architecture for the automation of the services or Service chains and the provision of the necessary systems, as well as the provision of telemetry data (logs, events, compliance checks) to secure the system landscape and control of automation (AIOps). They also bear responsibility for the management and documentation systems of the BWI and the Bundeswehr infrastructure.
