Team Leader Process Management Material & Inventory Management Textile Service (m/f/d)

Process management & optimization: You secure our complete textile cycle – from receipt of goods to delivery. You opt for warehouse, textile and quality processes and drive our digitalization forward. You take project tasks, such as process optimization, inventory management or quality projects. Purchasing, inventory & reporting: You execute orders, monitor delivery dates and agree with suppliers. You are responsible for our textile budget and the needs-oriented supply of our customers. You analyze stocks, budgets and key figures and perform inventory. Operational Responsibility & Team Leadership: You lead, motivate and develop your team in the textile camp. You control all operational processes in the warehouse and ensure efficient processes. Quality & Interfaces: You ensure compliance with quality requirements and control complaint processes. You work closely with internal interfaces and our customers.

Qualification: Education or studies: degree of study (BWL, Supply Chain) or completed commercial training with professional experience relevant to this position Professional experience: practical experience in logistics, inventory management, purchasing or quality assurance Leadership potential: first leadership experience of advantage, but no prerequisite IT skills: safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Language knowledge: good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1) Personal strengths: Analytical Thinking: Analytical and Process-oriented Thinking – You realize potentials and implement improvements Communication strength: ability to communicate clearly, to perform confidently and to inspire your team Hands-on-Mentality: willingness to take over responsibility if necessary
