For our Transformation business unit, we are looking for you as Senior Consultant Core Processes – Financial Services (w/m/d).

It's waiting for you Consulting projects – Together with the team, you will advise leading banks, insurers, industrial insurance brokers or FinTechs with a focus on projects in the areas of credit, processes, efficiency, managed services, transformation and customer interface. End-to-End – With us, you think of the customer, design customer journeys and design or optimize the processes below. You often support the customer from target image development, conception and implementation. Innovation – You combine the further development of the value chain with different technologies (e.g. GenAI, Cloud, BPM, Process Mining) or with the fulfillment of the regulatory requirement (e.g. ESG, MiFiD, IDD). Further development – As part of your projects, you will strengthen and complement your expertise, establish trusted customer relationships and develop future-oriented topics.

That's what you bring You have completed your studies in economics, (economic) computer science, (economic) engineering, or a comparable course of study.

You bring at least. 2 years of experience with a bank, insurance, an industrial insurance broker or consulting company, e.g. in the fields of strategy, sales, credit, securities, ESG, operations or IT.

You bring a high affinity for banking, business and financial market issues, and have fun driving digitalization and transformation, and a high willingness to work on specific issues of the financial industry.

You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.

You have proven skills in project work and project management, can think well in processes and are able to quickly capture complex relationships. In addition, you will bring the necessary flexibility for advice.
