Various tasks Together with your team, you carry out assembly and maintenance work on the medium and low-voltage network, ensuring reliable power supply in your region This includes station and free line construction and cable assembly In addition, you support broadband and street lighting networks as required In addition to your regular tasks, you take care of troubleshooting and perform the necessary civil engineering work if necessary After successful integration, you will ensure reliable power supply through your participation in the regulated standby service

We remunerate this activity with an average annual salary of €52,000 to €66,000. We are happy to discuss the details of our compensation offer in the context of the application process. This is a benchmark. It refers to a gross annual salary for full-time employment at a 38h week. Included are the monthly basic remuneration, Christmas and holiday money, VWL and profit participation. Additional allowances (e.g. for the standby service) are not included. The actual grouping takes place according to individual factors and conditions. The share of success will be paid off from the second year of company membership.

Convincing profile You have completed your vocational training as an electronic, mechatronic, electrical installerin or in the construction industry You like to work outdoors and work at an elevated level is not a problem for you As a team playerin you are happy to join us and are open to new challenges To be mobile and flexible, you will bring at least one class B driving licence In addition, you bring the willingness to obtain further driving classes or to enable special machines to be operated with

About the area In the technical service, we support the efficient construction and operation of the power distribution networks BW as well as the networks of our customers within the framework of services with our comprehensive electrical assembly competence. We complement the safe network operation and make an important contribution to rapid re-supply with our 365/24/7 anti-destructive capability in electrical assembly and de-detection. Through active knowledge transfer and continuous further training of our employees, we ensure sustainably the maintenance of competence and the deepening of competences in our power distribution networks.
