The Landesärztekammer Hessen is looking for a limited period of 2 years for the district medical chambers of the Landesärztekammer Hessen, Frankfurt am Main, one/one Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) in parttime (20 hours/week)

As a public body, the Hessen Regional Medical Chamber represents the interests of over 41,000 doctors in Hesse and ensures high-quality medical care for the population.

•The body shall be responsible for both secretarial and material processing tasks Key activities are writing, coordination and organisational tasks of the district doctors' chamber Frankfurt settlement of correspondence and email traffic Coordination, planning and preparation of internal and external meetings, preparation of protocols Telephone and written contact with members of the Hessen Regional Medical Chamber, patients, citizens, public authorities and institutions in the healthcare sector Handicrafts in the field of reporting for doctors such as e.g. the management of the member directory

Preferably, a training as a merchant (m/w/d) for office communication or Office management or a comparable qualification in the medical field, as far as possible with relevant multiannual professional experience Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Founded MS Office knowledge Team spirit as well as distinctly independent, proactive and team-ready working and organizational talent Safe and binding appearance and service orientation discretion, readiness to use, accuracy and reliability, high sense of responsibility and flexibility and loadability Standing for occasional operations at other locations within Hesses, a class B licence is of advantage

In addition to the headquarters of the Landesärztekammer in Frankfurt, in Darmstadt, Frankfurt, Gießen, Kassel, Marburg and Wiesbaden, six district medical chambers are set up as regional administration offices. You are incompetent units of the Hessen Regional Medical Chamber, which carry out regionally distributed work in the fields of membership administration, training for the medical specialist and secretarial tasks for the chairmen of the district medical chambers.
