You take responsibility for the worldwide expansion of the business with strategic and private label (OEM) customers. In doing so, you identify and win new key customers and develop existing cooperations strategically. You combine international business development with technically demanding sales across all phases of the sales cycle. In close coordination with product management, engineering, quality and production, you develop customized solutions and introduce them into the series. In addition, you continuously monitor and analyze markets and competitors to identify new business opportunities. With graduate strength, negotiation security and intercultural competence, you make a decisive contribution to the growth and international positioning of our client.

Your duties

• Development and implementation of an internal OEM and key account sales strategy • Building and holistic care of long-term, trust-based relationships with decision-makers (purchasing, product management, technology, management) • Control of the entire sales cycle: demand determination, offer, negotiation, contract design to completion • Close coordination with Product Management, Engineering, Regulatory/Quality and Operations to customer-specific requirements and differentiation to products of the brand • Accompanying custom-made private label projects – from specification to development and pattern phase to series delivery • Market, competitive and trend analysis to identify new potentials and derive recommendations • Sales, margin and forecast management for key accounts • identification, qualification and acquisition of new strategic partners in relevant markets and Industries (Labor, Life Science, Pharma, Medtec etc.) • Company representation at international trade fairs, customer appointments and business development formats

• Completed studies (e.g. economic engineering, BWL, natural/ingenieur sciences) or comparable qualification • Multiannual experience in international key account or OEM sales – ideally in the field of laboratory/medical technology, equipment construction or investment goods • Safe in technical products and project-oriented sales processes • Safe for negotiation, strong and strategic thinking • Representative communication and network competence at management level • Readiness to travel and intercultural competence • Very good English skills, other languages of advantage
