Engineer (m/w/d)

Self-conversion of production lines: You independently adjust our production lines & plants according to production plan and specifications. Aggregates and components: You take over the complete conversion of all relevant aggregates and components. Accompanying the start-up: You will focus on the production start after conversion to stable process reliability and production stability. Production protection: You are in a jumper function to operate automatic production, filling and packaging systems. Error Search & Optimization: You recognize disruptions in the process at an early stage and are actively working on their elimination and optimization. Documentation: You document conversion processes and relevant parameters for traceability and continuous improvement.

Qualification: A completed technical training, for example as a machine and plant manager:in, industrial mechanic:in or comparable. Experience: professional experience in production, ideally in the field of conversion / installation of production facilities with different aggregates of a production line; multiannual experience as machine & plant leader or as technician / repairer Skills: technical understanding, craftsmanship and a good sense of production processes. Operation: Self-employment, sense of responsibility and a structured, solution-oriented approach. Team spirit: You like to work in the team and actively engage in cooperation with colleagues and interfaces. Flexibility in working time: willingness to shift work (break, late, night shift) as well as, as required / requirement for flexible deployment planning without a fixed shift rhythm, depending on the requirements of the production plan, also on weekends, as required.
