As a specialist*in damage and process management, you are responsible for the processing of complex damage and liability cases. In doing so, you analyze and evaluate damages from legal, technical and economic aspects and develop solutions for liability, regression and insurance cases. For the management level, you will set up decision templates and action recommendations. You continuously develop HPA's damage management, establish uniform standards and guidelines, identify risks and potential for damage prevention. As a contact person, you advise executives and departments in complex damage and liability issues, coordinate cooperation with internal and external stakeholders and represent HPA in significant negotiations. In addition, you guide digitalization and transformation projects in damage management, define requirements for digital solutions and develop efficient and legally compliant processes for further quality and risk enhancement.

You have a completed university degree in law, economic law, insurance, public management or business with a focus on insurance or you have a completed insurance or social insurance training with a corresponding further education as well as many years of professional experience in damage, liability or insurance management. Your many years of experience in liability, damages, insurance and contract law, as well as in the processing and regulation of complex damages are yours. In addition, you have a deep understanding of the analysis of economic risks and the assessment of financial effects of damage events. The development of rules, standards and processes is part of your professional repertoire as well as project and process management as well as the professional support of digitization and change projects. Thanks to your analytical thinking ability, you can fully consider complex interdisciplinary issues and develop sustainable solutions. Personally, you are convinced by your high initiative, your sense of responsibility and your strength of communication.

Your compensation & additional offers: Remuneration takes place according to pay group 11 TV-AVH (55.000,00 € - 80.000,00 €).
