We are looking for a:n speaker:in digitization & process management in the field of IT/data management at the next possible time and almost (32-40 week hours).

You are a:e expert:in digital change and process management in organisations - and with your expertise, you help us achieve our ambitious goals in the field of efficiency enhancement, quality assurance and speed; in particular by significantly improving the skills of our employees in the use of our digital systems, AI applications and, last but not least, in process management. In this function you report directly to our IT/Data Management department and work closely with our organization developer. Your tasks:

You will develop suitable conceptual approaches for implementing various initiatives and measures from digitalization, AI, technology and data management, as required, and tax relevant cross-border project groups You coordinate and drive internal initiatives for more digitalization and automation (including process responsibility and ensuring measurable improvement of results) You actively shape the technical interfaces between IT/data management, organisational development and process management; especially in terms of successful change management You shape internal process management with the involvement of internal experts:inside and other relevant stakeholders Together with internal experts, you develop appropriate communication formats to inform, empower and inspire our employees in change processes You support our digitalization strategy with decision templates, recommendations and innovative impulses

You have a deep understanding of the effective use of IT systems, AI applications, cloud technology and data management as well as digital frameworks (collaboration, process automation); ideally within the energy industry You are able to comprehensively analyze and think digitally At best, you will bring well-founded and practical knowledge in the field of change management as well as workshop moderation and design with You have excellent communicative skills, empathy and conflictability You are a professional in project management (also using agile methods) and have experiences in controlling and designing digitalization projects You combine a strong interest in new technologies and digital trends with real enthusiasm for our industry and the energy transition
