Contact: You are contact for our international customers. Whether au-pairs, students, visiting scholars or visitors – you kindly and competently advise them on all our insurance products. Communication: In your everyday life, you communicate in English and German – both by email and by exciting phone calls. Editing: You process insurance applications, take care of changes and make sure everything goes smooth. Documentation: You process insurance applications and document important customer and contract data in the AMS program – because order is half life!

Experience: Ideally you already have some experience in the insurance sector – but also cross-comers are welcome! Communicative: You are communicative and may already have experience in telephone consultation – you know how to communicate with people. English knowledge: Your English skills are good, but not perfect? No problem! We'll help you improve your skills and take your hand. Service-orientedness: You are friendly and have a talented feeling for service. You love finding solutions and communicating with customers. Commitment: With your commitment and endurance, you are fit to master any challenge. Teamplayer: Teamwork is not a foreign word for you!
