You take over the management of the Geriatrie section and ensure efficient and high-quality patient care You are responsible for the development and implementation of treatment plans for the patients of Akut-Geriatrie and the Department of General Internal Medicine as part of the geriatric early rehabilitation You will direct downstream employees and take over the Supervision with the assistant physicians You actively participate in multidisciplinary case meetings and team meetings You promote a positive team culture and support the team in professional and professional development You assist in the care of patients of pneumological early rehabilitation

You have recognition as a specialist / specialist in internal medicine and possess additional training Geriatrie You bring with them several years of clinical experience in the Akutgeriatrie and have already been able to assume leadership responsibility, preferably as a senior physician or in a comparable position. You have profound knowledge of geriatric complex treatment and are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centric and evidence-based care for older people. You promote a trusted, interdisciplinary and multi-professional cooperation with the participating disciplines as well as the therapeutic and nursing professional groups. You are characterized by strong leadership, organisational and communication skills and understand how to motivate, promote and develop employees. You bring design wills and interest in the strategic development of the Geriatrie section, the optimization of clinical processes and the protection of high quality standards.
