What you do with us: Your expertise is available: independent tax advice in the context of national and international M&A projects throughout the REWE Group's trade and tourism sector (company transactions and group-internal restructuring). You have everything in mind: coordination of tax due diligence checks and external tax advisors: inside. You are in the forefront: accompaniment of contract negotiations and participation in the draft tax clauses, along with the support of the integration of acquired parts of the company and the implementation of restructuring. You’ll be involved in the design of tax-efficient acquisition and financing strategies. You are competent:r contact person:in general tax issues and special projects.
