In the challenging and versatile position of the commercial sector management (m/w/d) within the special development department, your area of responsibility is designed by the following tasks: Self-employed and independent management of the operational project business in the area of West (Bundesländer NRW, Hessen, Rheinland-Pfalz and Saarland) Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as employee support (annual employee talks, agreement of work objectives and support measures) of your area Participation in the acquisition of orders and systematic support of customers in coordination with the technical field management Participation in contract design of construction contracts and negotiations and monitoring of ARGE contracts and decisions Independent development of local or special strategies in the field and their business areas, taking into account the business and management objectives Creating internal monthly and annual accounts and monthly reporting to the Executive Board Creating and monitoring annual planning as well as rolling under-year preview Annual operational planning, preparation of the preview and controlling of business activities

A successfully completed Business Studies (Diplom, Master or Bachelor) or a comparable training with additional qualifications Multiannual professional experience in a commercial position in the construction industry, ideally in operational project support Good knowledge of common office programs and commercial applications in AS4U readiness to travel within Germany Overarching understanding of business relationships from a legal and technical perspective Entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as an independent, committed way of working leadership personality with the ability to inspire and tie people High commitment, communication strength, initiative and team spirit
