As part of our strategic realignment, we build a powerful IT organization. A core of this transformation is the change of PSIpenta to SAP S/4HANA. For this business-critical phase we are looking for an entrepreneurial thinking personality that understands our international processes and shapes the IT landscape from scratch. Your tasks include: Central role in the transformation: you design and accompany the migration of PSIpenta to SAP S/4HANA with focus on SD. Process design & implementation: You analyze and optimize international sales processes and efficiently form them in the SAP system. Customizing & implementation: You are responsible for the configuration in the SD module and ensure a clean mapping of the business processes. Integration & Interfaces: You work closely with adjacent modules (especially MM) and external partners (including SAP). Project work: You actively contribute your expertise to the project, drive themes forward independently and accompany the implementation to the Go level. Strategic construction: In direct coordination with the management, you will create a new IT infrastructure.

SAP SD Expertise: Found experience in the SD module (Customizing & Processes), ideally in the environment of S/4HANA. Project experience: Experience in at least one SAP introduction, migration or rollout project. Understanding adjacent processes: knowledge in MM or adjacent logistics processes are advantageous. Operation: Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach. Communication: Safe handling at management level. German and English knowledge of at least C1 level. Hands-on mentality: You work both conceptually and operatively and bring things to the target.
