Our care is individual and oriented towards what the residents need. With large community areas and direct public transport connections, it is the perfect place to live and work!

So your day looks like • Together with your experienced colleagues, you support people with disabilities and ensure a reliable daily routine • You have time for real relationship work and shape everyday life and leisure with the residents, such as morning rituals, doctor appointments and walks • Participation in basic care (moving, showering, dental care) is also part of your tasks • Bring your own ideas and hobbies and explore the social space together with the residents, plan and accompany day trips or concert visits on the weekend • You work closely with our colleagues in the group, relatives and our experts who support you in your work
