Multiannual experience as software engineer, ideally with automation or platform background Very good programming skills preferred in at least one modern language experience with automation technologies (RPA / iPA / Agentic); UiPath or n8n are a plus, but no mandatory criterion Experience in the implementation of complex processes Backend experience (APIs, data integration, event messaging) and solid DevOps practice (CI / CD, containerization, observability, cloud – ideally Azure, AWS or GCP) German knowledge (customer and team language), English of advantage Industry experience Energy management or regulated B2B environments are advantageous Knowledge of SAP interfaces (especially IS-U / S/4HANA Utilities) other energy systems (soft, slurries etc.) are a significant plus Consciousness for certifications in GDPR, EU-AI-Act are advantageous
